With a cheeky grin and bright eyes under his cap, Jacklin is the optimist of the harbour. Some say his laugh can be heard all the way across the docks, carrying on the breeze like a forgotten sea shanty. He’s never short of a joke, a song, or a hand to help tie down a boat.
